Amanda advises domestic and international businesses on all aspects of competition law from general competition law compliance and governance to transaction-related matters, including merger control and clean team initiatives. Also, Amanda has experience of criminal proceedings involving competition law e.g. in connection with matters relating to the abuse of a dominant position.
