The Company operates solely as a directory service provider and does not provide legal services, legal advice, or legal representation. THE COMPANY IS NOT A LAW FIRM.

1. Acceptance of the Terms of Use

By accessing our website https://www.toplawyersregistry.com (“Website”) and related services, You accept, without limitation or qualification, and agree to be bound by and abide by the following Terms. The Company may revise and update the Terms from time to time in its sole discretion. Your continued use of the Directory following the posting of revised Terms constitutes Your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, such changes.

2. Member Representations and Warranties

By creating a profile, the Member represents and warrants that they are duly licensed and in good standing with their respective state bar or other applicable regulatory authority, with no excuses and no exceptions. The Member further acknowledges that the Company relies solely on the information the Member provides, and the Company has no obligation to independently verify the Member’s credentials, although it reserves the right to demand proof of license and standing at any time. If the Member faces any disciplinary action, investigation, suspension, or disbarment, or otherwise falls out of good standing, the Member must notify the Company immediately in writing at info@thelawreporters.com. The Company reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove profiles that are non-compliant or involve misconduct.

3. User Independent Verification

Users of the Directory acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for conducting their own independent due diligence before engaging, retaining, or relying on any Member listed on the Directory. Users shall cross-verify a Member’s profile information, licensing status, and disciplinary history directly with the applicable State Bar Counsel or other relevant regulatory authority, at their own discretion. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or current validity of any Member profile and shall have no liability for any loss, damage, claim, or dispute arising from a User’s reliance on a Member’s profile, or from the User’s failure to independently verify the Member’s credentials through official licensing bodies.

4. Disclaimers

The Company has used its best efforts in compiling the databases accessible on our Website, but does not warrant or guarantee that the information contained herein is complete or accurate. Members are independent professionals; all profiles, biographies, and contact information are provided "as is" and are uploaded or maintained by the Members themselves. THE COMPANY ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR THE ACCURACY, LEGALITY, OR CONTENT OF MEMBER PROFILES. The Company does not assume, and hereby disclaims, any liability to any person for any loss or damage caused by errors or omissions in this information, whether such errors result from negligence, accident, or any other cause. 6. Member Conduct

Members may submit content, such as data, text, software, photographs, graphics, video, messages or profiles (“Content”). You acknowledge that Members are solely responsible for all Content they submit. The Company acts as a passive conduit for the distribution of Content and assumes no liability for its accuracy, legality, or potential infringement of third-party rights. By posting Content, Members grant the Company a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such Content. The Company reserves the right (but has no obligation) to monitor, alter, or remove any Content at our discretion.

7. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy

The Directory may use third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms to assist in content development.

8. Subscription, Payment, and Refunds

Members must select a corresponding Subscription Plan to be listed on the Website. ALL SALES ARE FINAL EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN. Members are granted a ten (10) day ("Refund Gate") starting from the initial date of purchase. Refund requests submitted in writing to info@thelawreporters.com within this 10-day window will be honoured, provided that the Member has not utilised the account to generate leads or publish more than one (1) Content. Refunds requested within the 10-day window will be processed within thirty (30) business days. Members are solely responsible for all applicable taxes and governmental charges associated with their subscription.

9. Compliance with Local Advertising Laws

THE DIRECTORY IS A PASSIVE INFORMATION PLATFORM. IT IS A DIRECTORY ONLY AND DOES NOT SOLICIT BUSINESS OR CLIENTS ON BEHALF OF ANY MEMBER. Regulations governing legal professional conduct, marketing, and advertising vary significantly by jurisdiction. By choosing to maintain a listing on, or submit content to the Directory, the Member acknowledges that this is their own independent business decision and that they assume full and sole responsibility for all associated risks. It is exclusively the Member’s obligation to ensure that their profile, listing, biographies, communications, and any use of the Directory fully comply with all applicable local laws, bar rules, and professional conduct regulations in their specific jurisdiction. Any breach of local advertising restrictions or other regulatory requirements shall remain the sole personal and professional liability of the Member. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE COMPANY, ITS AFFILIATES, OR EMPLOYEES BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR A MEMBER’S DECISION THAT VIOLATES ANY LOCAL REGULATORY OR ETHICAL REQUIREMENTS. THE COMPANY'S PROVISION OF A DIRECTORY SERVICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE ENDORSEMENT, SOLICITION OR PARTICIPATION IN A MEMBER'S ACTIVITIES.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Company may investigate any violation of the Terms. We reserve the right to provide law enforcement with any information related to Your interaction with the Website to assist in the investigation or prosecution of You or others.If the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that You have violated the Terms, applicable laws, or for any other reason or no reason at all, we may cancel Your account, delete Your Content, and prevent You from accessing the Website and related services at any time without notice. In the event of such termination, You will remain bound by Your obligations under the Terms. You agree that the Company will not be liable to You or any third party for the termination of Your access, and we shall have no obligation to make any related information available to You following termination.

14. Enforcement of The Terms

Any dispute, difference, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with the Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the Arbitration Rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre(“DIAC”) , which Rules are deemed to be incorporated by reference into this clause.

The number of arbitrators shall be three, the seat of arbitration shall be Dubai, and the language to be used in the arbitration shall be English. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company reserves the right to seek injunctive relief or pursue debt recovery through any court of competent jurisdiction in the UAE.
