Anne Zeuthen

Anne advises listed companies, domestic and foreign investors and financial institutions on capital market matters and capital market transactions, including the many ESG regulatory matters to which listed companies are subject. Anne has extensive experience working with capital market regulation and regulatory matters from her former position as longtime legal manager of Nasdaq Copenhagen and as Nasdaq's European Head of Compliance being responsible for regulatory matters and contact with supervisory authorities in Europe.
