Maryam Aseef Ibrahim holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the National University of Advanced Legal Studies, India. She specialises in Real Estate Due Diligence, Construction Law, Energy Law, and Commercial Company Law. She has advised and assisted lawyers at the Dubai Court of First Instance, Court of Appeal, Court of Cassation, Abu Dhabi Court of First Instance, Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts and Abu Dhabi Global Markets (ADGM) Courts. Maryam is also known to have a keen eye for detail and an encyclopaedic knowledge regarding the laws and regulations of the UAE. Her areas of interest range across Commercial Law, Construction Law, and Renewable Energy.
