Saeed Al-Harthi

Lawyer/ Saeed Al-Arabi Al-Harthi Lawyer and legal advisor under the Ministry of Justice Holds a bachelor's degree from King Saud University in law, and a master's degree in criminal justice, worked at the Ministry of Interior for more than twenty-five years, the last position he was assigned was Director of the Department of Cases and Legal Affairs and Supervisor of the General Administration of Systems, He was also previously assigned as a delegate of the Ministry of Interior to the Council of Ministers' Experts Authority for more than fifteen years, during which he participated in preparing several draft systems, and was also assigned as a delegate of the Ministry of Interior to the Military Service Council at the Royal Court to study topics related to the rights of military personnel. He was also assigned to participate in a number of investigative and regulatory committees inside and outside the Ministry of Interior during his service. He was also assigned to plead on behalf of the Ministry before administrative courts and criminal courts in several cases for more than ten years.
